Useful information about your vacation at Hotel Zum Stern

Your room is ready for you at 3 pm on arrival day.
You’re arriving earlier? You can deposit your luggage with us. If your room happens to be ready ahead of time, you can certainly move into your vacation home earlier.

On your departure day we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.
If the room isn’t needed on the same day, you can stay longer for a small fee (€ 40 per person) including afternoon snack and spa area use.
You’d like to use the departure day but don’t need your room any longer? We can store your luggage. 

Use of the spa area at Hotel Zum Stern is also free for you on your departure day!

• Local tax: € 2,10 per person and day from age 15
• Mobility tax: €0.50 per person per day from the age of 15
• FIB – Forschungsinstitutsbeitrag (research institute fee): € 1,10 per stay/person from age 15
• Double room for single use: surcharge € 40,00 per day
• Dogs on request – €15.00 per day without food

You receive it free of charge after your arrival at the hotel. This gives you free or discounted access to many sights and destinations. Use of the city busses in Bad Hofgastein is free, all other bus lines in the valley are heavily discounted.
